Delivery and Returns
The Baby Hamper Company are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the goods.
Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through to Friday. Please quote full details of your order and details of the goods you wish to return.
If you have received your goods as a gift, we do not offer refunds. However, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.
There may me times when your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient has moved, in which case you can arrange for parcel redelivery.
Please return your goods by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) and send to the following address:

On receipt of the returned goods, The Baby Hamper Company will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavour to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
In addition to our returns policy, you do have the legal right to cancel your order, providing the order has not been despatched. You will receive a notification to inform you when your parcel has been despatched. This may also be applied to the delivery of goods made to a third party.
